Babusar Top or Babusar Pass is one of the most popular mountain passes in Pakistan. It is at an elevation of 4173 meters / 13, 691 feet above sea level. It attracts many tourists each year during the summers. In winters due to heavy snowfall the route is completely closed for travelers and is impossible to cross.

The best type of vehicle on this route is an offroad vehicle. Road to Babusar is one of the dangerous routes in Pakistan as each numerous car accidents occur mostly due to inexperienced drivers. During the summer cars can easily and safely reach the top and back down. But they often have trouble when there is a roadblock. So, it is best to get information on road and weather conditions before you plan your trip.

Vehicles have to be driven in a low gear because brakes tend to overheat, and can even fail due to overuse.
