Weather

Since it is a mountainous region, the weather is chilly to cold in the summers. On a sunny day, the weather is warm (not hot) with a cool breeze blowing from the river and lakes while at nights the temperature drops quickly. Nights are chilly to cold. The meadows in the mountains and around the lakes are chilly to very cold.

If you are planning on camping make sure to pack rain jackets and coats. For the valleys, sweaters and light jackets are fine for day time. For the evening and nights pack warm coats, shawls, and sweaters.
